Company culture is the worst. Corporate politics is all time high. As a trainee engineer, I'm free to utilise my 12 annual Casual leaves whenever I want but last year due to cost cutting, our manager didn't approve a single leave. I didn't even get my compensation for that. You have to park your vehicles in soaring heat. Once, they stole my helmet. When I reported it to the management or security officers, they didn't even bother to investigate. HR says he's too busy to watch the CCTV footage.
