I like my profile the most. It is the only reason I am counting to stay on for longer.

Dislikes

There is no training or courses offered. Job security is absolutely none and management is pleased to do as they will. Leaves are half compared to other companies and they are eager to mark LOP to save company's money. This is just like stealing money. Even after so many years of operations they are not willing to grow as a brand. Employee attrition is at the highest.

Work is good looking at the knowledge gaining part out of work itself.
