Work life balance is very good and there is a job security. Even in tough times company will not fire employees to cut costs because already they are paying very less as compared to industry.

Dislikes

Zero transparency on HR policy, HR policy changes as per the designation/connects. Zero activity from HR side. Appraisal does not happens based on performance. Low salary as compared to industry. Young generation does not stay for a long because of the zero activity.
