I am talking about Okhla phase -2 not about other aegis, this is a Lala group which work for Essen Medical USA. the owner of this organisation talking behavior is very bad No HR in organization, there is no policy for employee all policy for company which change according for company benefits, owner always give abuse to his employee, no shame of girls or other.

No security guard, no safety, only one washroom for 150 employee which always dirty there in no house keeping staff, owner always telling a lie, fighting with employee is include in behavior of owner.
