A good atmosphere is always needed for proper and accurate work which is given to me by AECOM. Their HR department is very helpful. The Medical facility is one of the good things I like in this company. Overall its a good place to be and grow.

I felt very happy after working for 4 years and 10 months in aecom and learned a lot from this project and this company also gave me very good facilities, in this I got salary on time and also gave me medical insurance and anything else. Got to learn

Dislikes

I was not given the time period which was written in the offer letter that you will get a notice period of 30 days and as soon as the project was completed, it was suddenly terminated and I was not given transfer to another project anywhere, due to this I left suddenly. It felt bad to have to go.

HR policies are quite good and implemented on time.

Everything. It is totally depends on your line/team manager. You have to work on weekends also, your line manager can be a real pain. They will keep you under pressure all the time specially for ME projects. No work life balance. Toxic culture & environment specially for ME projects.
