No opportunity to growth. Specially in WUD sector. Poor management. Vice president of WUD sector ( Mr Pawan Gupta) is totally disappointed. No one can sustain with him more than one year just because of his poor behavior & attitude. Here management is not judging employees with their qualifications and ability of work. They are judging people by their salary. If your salary is high there are high chances of termination. But transit department is not like that. If you are looking into job at Aecom go for transit department. Regional Director of this department ( Mr Neil Banerjee) are really good people. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn' t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 6 months before which is you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

I was not given the time period which was written in the offer letter that you will get a notice period of 30 days and as soon as the project was completed, it was suddenly terminated and I was not given transfer to another project anywhere, due to this I left suddenly. It felt bad to have to go.
