Worst company i have ever seen. I won’t suggest anyone to work with AECC. People are worst here from HR to Managers. They don’t have 1% of Professionalism. They don’t know how to talk with employee. They force people to resign without giving any reason and they fire people without giving any warning. Branch Manager and HR head of Gurgaon branch worst ever.

Very irresponsible Staff. Unprofessional HR department, always trick you in one or the other way. No particular format. They call you for interview and even tell you that u are selected and after some time. Not even take the initiative to revert you on mail. On the date of joining refuse you to join stating one or the other reason

The company represents almost all universities in Australia.

No training’s are provided to new joiners. The work culture is the worst. Management is biased. HR is very unprofessional and he is always sleeping at work. They don’t give relieving letters and once you leave the company and try to communicate with them, they don’t respond to emails. Career growth is zero. I have seen pregnant women’s getting fired if they apply for maternity leaves.

Totally incompetent management. The branch manager Akansha Sharma is totally ridiculous, doesn’t even know how to use excel. Her incompetence is something that leads her to harass people on work premises. Plus the new operations manager Meghna Shah encourages fraudulent applications. On escalating HR doesn’t support. Harassing, Lot of favouritism. Biased, they doesn’t answer ur calls after u leave and do not pay full n final settlement even after serving notice period.
