There is no as such concern over job security with ADZ junction media because till the time one is performing, they will not ask to leave. The work culture is awesome as they treat like a family and support on each and every step when you stuck. I joined as an fresher and gained a lot of knowledge and experience which helped me to get a better opportunity.

Very poor management. Salary deduction on everything. Very poor mind sets. They are only focusing on money and frauds.
