There is no as such concern over job security with ADZ junction media because till the time one is performing, they will not ask to leave. The work culture is awesome as they treat like a family and support on each and every step when you stuck. I joined as an fresher and gained a lot of knowledge and experience which helped me to get a better opportunity.

Teammates are good, there is no training provided by team or any TL, Job security is zero because they only need profit, you can take carreer growth , at the time of appraisal they creat so many issues, travel only one tour provide by company in a year , no politics in the company, work life is balanced.
