Adxfactory is one of the best companies i have ever worked for, Leaders are exceptional, managers are fantastic, the team is supportive, no politics. I suggest Adxfactory to experienced and freshers as the products are very good, they work on a very high scale to enhance skill, grow as an individual and make a very good amount of money at start of the career

Least opportunity for appraisal & growth. People cannot be vocal if they try something new and different. If we think out of box people feel we imitating them. Nothing transparent here. Makes us feel suffocated.
