Overall training need to improve. And work timing need to be reduced break time need to increase.

Few dislike about the training, Induction and more calendar off needed.

Least opportunity for appraisal & growth. People cannot be vocal if they try something new and different. If we think out of box people feel we imitating them. Nothing transparent here. Makes us feel suffocated.
