Gives More oppertunities for individual growth and getting RCM Knowledge. Working environment is good and it is very much Peaceful to work. HR policies are good to the employees and it gives more benefits towards the employee. I am getting enough support from my higher officials to improve my skills. Co-Employees are supporting my work as a team.

I was very happy and felt satisfied with Advantum. There would be 100% sure on Good appraisal and carrier growth and workenvironment especially my teammates. I was very lucky to had a good teammates so that my carrier life went very smoothly without so much issues

Management is in Hydrabad that was the only concern I would say abt Advantum.

"I was hired as an RCM Specialist at Advantun Health, but after just two months, I was unexpectedly demoted to an Associate position without clear justification. The management at Advantun Health is highly unsupportive, frequently changing employee positions without proper communication. Asking questions or seeking clarity from managers often leads to threats of termination, creating a hostile and stressful work environment. Sujay, in particular, has been the worst manager I've encountered in my career, contributing significantly to the toxic atmosphere.
