At Advantum Health we have a very cordial and family-like atmosphere and once you settle in you just don't want to look elsewhere. A great place to work and learn, a stepping stone for one's career.

Dislikes

Appraisals are done faithfully but the % of hike sometimes has been wanting. Employees have been disappointed and some have left as a consequence of this. Growth has been good in many ways and the Leadership would do good if they could work on the compensation packages across the organization.
