The new TL who came for AR behaving as if the office is standing because of him.....always conducting the team meeting out of office hours...this is not at all a good environment...more over I think the office hours here its10 hours...because of him...people are getting pressurized...not even leaving us to tell our point then what's the use of asking opinion....

Gives More oppertunities for individual growth and getting RCM Knowledge. Working environment is good and it is very much Peaceful to work. HR policies are good to the employees and it gives more benefits towards the employee. I am getting enough support from my higher officials to improve my skills. I didn't like anything from this organization no benefits, they don't treat employee with no respect, very upset

They reduced my salary at 8% also no hike for this year, no net allowance, no extra night shift allowance, they provide no tea and even worst part is restrooms are terrible, they do calculations for tissue paper also, but they had good revenue in my process, my operational manager is very much supportive and also my quality manager they understood our concerns when it was conveyed to our management it was of no use, they terminated entire team members of 23 people for questioning about salary deduction, restroom issues, mosquito issues, HR issues and our manager's suspension. Also HR department in Chennai location don't know what is happening in their organization they even behave in a sleazy way they show no respect nor follow a proper value....Read More

It was horrible, guys please don't waste your time in this organ if you are looking for you development in your future goals. This organization is full of amateurs who runs the show in the top level management. Management and leadership is totally insane
