Well you will learn a lot from this in terms of your skill you will learn new which help you to develop new skill and better your skill

Dislikes

Well company management is very poor and appraisal is very late you have to spend at least 3 yrs to be senior level employee & they are very biased HR is also not helping they all listen to manager in case of escalation and not taking the employee word in consideration.
