Nothing is good from 50 people 45 people left the jobs due to zero professionalism and zero work ethics 5 people are their because they dont want to risk for new job or family issues.

Dislikes

They dont have their own staff hired staff from TPA GEBBS, Manager is from U.P. for ethics ,zero communication only offering good packages while hiring and once you are on floor they will treat you inhuman.Company with zero standards and not employee friendly. Once hired then you will not be rehired by GEBBS so dont join Advantedge if you dont want to degarge you oppurtunity with GEBBS healthcare.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
