1. There is no work life balance, employees are asked to work for long hours without breaks. 2. There are no public holidays in this company, people are asked to work even on Diwali and Holi with no comp off. 3. Managers don't allow you to take leaves which are allotted to you monthly. 4. Female employees are asked to work late till10 PM and no cab facility or security provided to females travelling late at night. 5.
