Team mates and work culture is good but due to internal politics and insecurity feeling of seniors, people who are really working hard are not getting recognised. Other than this there is no problem with AMD and it is a good platform to work.

Technical leadership is absent, managers clueless what is a function, thread and a variable, no clue what they did before and what they are doing. I even got a chance to report to a fake experience manager, he requested me not to disclose about him
