I started my career with xilinx .So,I learnt lot of technical knowledge here. And I proud to be a Employee of Xilinx. Here self learning is more. I learnt many debugging techniques here and easy way to solve any issues. This is very good semiconductor company .

Dislikes

The main problem is here they will not convert contractors to full time employee even though they performed 100%. They will not give a chance of internal employees to some other work even if they are interested. They are concentrate on silly things.
