Likes

Work culture, policies etc. are good but only for permanent employees. No respect for contractors. As soon the target is achieved they throw you out expect for those who nod their head for everything. A simple corporate politics from seniors and manager and colleagues. No one cares about contractors and their problems.

No respect for contractors. Clean corporate politics from seniors and manager.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
