So many reason not to work there :- At first they like your work . After that they abused you they make fun of you not in front of you but you know people who can tell. Environment is too bad and the sitting arrangement is very conjusted due to because it's made in a single room. Talking about the Salary you will never get on time never ever. The delayed can be extended from 20-22 days or maybe more. Chances of increment is next to impossible. You will leave or get fired before your increment..!! Now talking about growth Well no growth you have to work yourself they pretend that they are helping but giving their 5 minutes of time doesn't help to be honest. Saturday Sunday is off though but if you not complete 19 days of working then the salary would be half. They will cut the half of your salary if you are absent for 3 days in a month. They count every Saturday and Sunday weird rule right. One more thing even though you quit they will tell all employees that you got fired. Over all bad experience....Read More
