The company was very reluctant on giving work from home option earlier but due to government stringent laws they had to give it to all. They had started some Categorization according to which people in one of the category had to come to office. The people in this category were mostly those who didnt had good terms with Management.

Dislikes

No work life balance. Poor Management. Hire and fire policy. They dream of becoming Infosys but will end up getting back to 3 people.
