Higher Management has Few issues which are critical to me. This place is not for Software Developers they don't get respect. If you don't say yes on their yes Make you feel humiliated, disregards your all the efforts and value you bring, assign impossible targets then asks tons of question and manipulate you into thinking that you've to be responsible for the work and all the blunders if works done perfectly fine they'll be the one to take the lime light so they can get promotions and all the hikes....Read More
