Nothing good here, worst of worst company polictics is there they hire a manager above you when you are already working for several years with the same company managers are shit here workpressure and dhandlebaziii exisit and company should remove the people who showoff here in this company sitting idle 9 hours and starting working after the shift just to show offf how they are working company should keep a track of all this idiots working there and there are mostly internal employees who know nothing but just doing timepass no work flow is there no systematic things and these internal employees know notjing but just doing sweet talks with managers , cafetaria is hell tolites sink such a unhygienic place to work disaster !!!...Read More

The whole company is disliked, there is nothing to like, even the company manager teases girls And the PF was told to be Rs. 1000 per month, it should become Rs. 2000 after collaboration with the company and the employee, that company gave me Rs. 3500 PF for 10 months

There is no work life balance and no growth even if you are working for 1 year and no appraisal and promotion. Everybody are working on a same salary even if you have experienced and graduation you will take a same salary even if a person who is 12th passout is getting a same salary.

Actually I have worked in V Process for 3 years, the team leader is very good but the rest of the facility is very useless.I have not had any salary increase in 3 years, I have told the team every time but to no avail. One of the worst companies I have ever seen.

I have worked for 3 years in VI process, my starting salary in hand was 11500 whereas after one year it became 11480 because the monthly charges of headphone were also taken from the employer till 2024.

One the worst companies i ever worked for. There is no hierarchy. HR is just a department there is no role of it. Monopoly and toxic environment. Feels like you are working in bhindi bazar.
