Due to remote location of the company you will get to leave office on time @ 6:00 PM.

Dislikes

Less work and more politics by HR The salary deduction, bus (2000) and canteen fees(1300). Family owned business it's an MNC for name sake The top management especially, HR has Ego issues. Like central jail you have to submit your mobiles and can only access during breaks No job security. Management always thinking to whom to remove next. Can't think of long term here, if you have stayed for more than one year you are on top priority list ( To be sacked) Still if you want to try your luck can surely join....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
