Could anyone from Barclays provide more details about the responsibilities of a Personal Banker? I'm a bit uncertain about the role. I've heard it can be quite hectic, involving handling numerous customer calls daily. Is that accurate? Additionally, is it true that getting leaves when needed can be challenging, and that the role resembles a call center job?

Dislikes

Leave policy is stringent. We have to apply for leave on a month prior basis. There is no sick levae, May be because I was in a customer service environment. If we take a day of because we sick, it will impact our monthly ADR, But taking back to back calls sometimes may be frustrating. It would be nice if ADP implemented a flexible leave policy.
