1.Salary and Inncentive delay is main concern . Hr and Finance department not help you in this regards. 2 . Job security is main concern. They hire and fire the employees in 4 months. Fresher Do Not Join this Company for Internship as well as full time Job. You will end up with zero Knowledge 3. False commitment from GM (Sarfaraz Shaikh-Pune) terms of appraisal. 4.GM kept on passing comments about personal life & physical appearance.Also if anybody complains about it they simply throw the Employee out of the system but no action taken against the sarfarz Shaikh as he is very closed to vice president of the company. 5.Micro management in terms of daily tasks and events. 6.Setting unrealistic targets without management’s knowledge. 7.Unethical business practices (sets unclear & false policies).GM himself is playing politics and trying to degrade the existing employees.The process which is been set is not followed by the GM himself and he expects us to follow. 8.Lack of Support from the HR Team: HR only says the things that GM tells them to. Hence there is no support for employees if superiors exploit them.No Support from HR head (Nitin Singh). If we go to him he simply says I can't help you please speak to your manager sarfarz Shaikh. 9.Every 15 days management will change the process and target. 10. Founder's dont even bother to reply on employee's concern. Due to all of this Employee leave the company within a year....Read More

Work culture is toxic. Sarfaraz Shaikh is the master of politics. He is the misuses his connection with VP and the founders. The founders as well support this jerk rather than supporting the employees. Not a single action taken till date against this guy. He is the cheapest guy one could ever come across. He just fires anyone without a proper explanation and he bodyshames his co-colleagues. He insults the employees on their communication skills and defames them. He support his fellow colleague Krunal Dhamde in his unethical practices. Sarfaraz Jerk Shaikh has implemented an policies for 6 days working culture where he himself will never come to office showing his fake meeting whereas he will be chilling at home. He has tortured every employee mentally . It's a kind request no to join AdOnMo there will be zero work life balance, no personal boundaries and extremely toxic culture. Job security and safety of female employees. Even after serving more than 2 years and building a team from scratch, the company didn't think of the safety of a female employee and asked to continue office by compromising my safety or resign. And they give special preferences to certain employees even after they do fraudulent within the organisation and harrass the innocent employees. There is no job security, work culture is toxic as there is no transperancy. No personal life as there is a hectic work schedules. No growth in monetary terms, irrespective of performance. Huge promises made but none fulfilled.
