Some client interactions were challenging and less aligned withg my personal interests. The Tuesday-Sunday work schedule with only Monday as a day off didn't suit my personal preferences, although I was aware of it before joining. The need for a system, like CRM or Business Management softwere, to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

Collaborative Office, Easy communication among colleagues, Product and Product's value in market is good, The job makes you speak to lot of good brands and agencies to built your personal brand and connection, No work pressure after work hours

Dislikes

Work hours are very strict, but no work is given after 7Pm. Company Perks and Compensations for travel can be reviewed. Sometimes Management promises are forgotten and not are left unadressed.

I appreciate the opportunities for growth in my office, and I find the collaborative environment with my colleagues to be a decent motivator for me to come in. They have some amazing products out in the market which have decent demand and have huge potential to grow exponentially.
