The products are good efficacy wise, price wise and have a good acceptance of the products at the doctor and chemist level

Holding salary and deductions in expense is common for all field employees. Here people don't get promotion even working for entire life but very easily gets demotion from ZSM to RSM, RSM to ASM, etc. Salary gets disbursed only after you give some hypothetical commitment regarding coming month achievement in writing else salary willbe on hold or will be asked to leave right away without notice. Incentives remains pending for long and sometimes incentives get withdrawn all of a sudden without prior intimation. Expiry amount is deducted from your expense. company don't do settlement post resigning or even after retirement....Read More
