Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?

- Higher management is toxic they are only good at pointing mistake. - HR is good for nothing. - Micromanagement and no respect to your experience even if you are hired for senior position. - This is purely advertising agency with no expertise in any technology . Running their system in legacy tech system, So no new learning. - They will fire you without thinking about you. They create a situation where either you get frustrated with their daily tantrum and forced to leave or they pressurized and made it difficult to stay with in company....Read More
