This company is a nightmare of work for.everything they promise from salary increase is a lie. Management is completely disorganized and communication is nonexistent. Office politics are rampant , witg the boss favorite making life miserable for every one else l. The company culture is toxic, and policies are utterly if you're considering working here, think again its a horrible environment

If you ever resign from this company, be prepared for a nightmare when it comes to getting your experience letter or relieving letter. They delay the process and create unnecessary problems. On top of that, they might even try to ruin your background verification just because their ego gets hurt. Completely unprofessional behavior

This company is terrible. They can fire you anytime by making up their own reasons.There is no work culture, and work-life balance is a joke. They only have 10-12 people in the company and no branches in Bangalore, Gurugram, or Texas, even though they claim to have them. Not a good place to work.

Warning: enter at your own risk! I worked at Adixoo Brand and lived to tell the tale. But barely...This place was a masterclass in how not to run a business. The work culture was a joke, and the management practices? More like mismanagement practices. With a team smaller than a high school cafeteria, with loooooooootss of office politics. The LEADERSHIP : Inexperienced, unprofessional, and clueless about work ethics and technical expertise. The founders might claim to be tech geniuses, but their actual knowledge could fit in a tweet (and still leave room for hashtags). They had leads who had actual knowledge and expertise who have resigned already because of toxic culture. Right now they don't have even a single skilled developer, only some interns (we called them tappu-sena) are running the business with help of mighty ChatGPT. PROJECTS: Instead of actual opportunities, they rely on shady practices like creating fake profiles for client projects. Just the founder applying for contract jobs under their own name creating a highly unstable environment for employees.. Because, you know, that's not unethical or unstable at all. JOB-SECURITY : No Job Security at all. If you are joining this circus and don't walk behind tappu-sena within a month they will fire you without any warning or reason. They cast interns as superheroes expected to manage 5–6 years of experienced developers’ work. Escalations are treated like a capital offense here. They might as well have a sign at the entrance saying, "One mistake, and you're out!". WORK-LIFE-BALANCE : Despite being a small organization, internal politics will make your life hell. Only work, no life, micro monitoring, unpredictable salary, and an expectation to work late nights without any regard for work-life balance.
