I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Very bad company on this earth. There is no any care of employees . Any time start to layoffs and terminate the employee. Owner is also a beggar. There are no any support of employees during lockdown , but they create problems and tourched the employee . Very very bad. Without job is better than than this like job.
