My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? The company of adithya was a great arctecture and execution of a civil engineering work and the best infra of in whole Hyderabad and ever but maintenance is too low compare between others.

Dislikes

The aditya company was has no intension to work completion and what is the status of project and how to plan and surrender the project to investers this is the main draw back of the project.
