I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. It has very much unstable culture & unsystematic / standardised approach towards work systems. Highly mismanaged at the whims & fancies of senior management. Role clarity is missing. If your are domain specific this is not the organisation for you.

Dislikes

No integrity in management, Lack of clarity on vision & mission. No role clarity. Work is mostly project based short term. Every one is expected & forced to do all work be it Sales, HR, Admin, Marketing, IT, everything- this is the worst thing experienced.
