Very worst working culture and non supporting, I had finished my appraisal period and then they were involved me in one closed matter of branch, in which I was terminated for such small mistake and matter was closed. Even. After providing proof against my mistake they not check the details and without conclusion they terminated me and even not provide me my annual appraisal bonus amount. First they called me for resign and early releiving and after notice replay they terminated me. I never forget this matter as it is my life very good lesson.
