Colleagues are the only best part of the company else work life balance is the worst as i have few a times worked on sunday's too

Dislikes

They appraisal you get is not enough to boost your career or even to push your career ahead. Company is not interested to take reviews and feedback of the ground staff. If sometimes HR ask for innovative ideas or reviews then most of the employees are barred by their seniors. They belive in 7 day working policy to achieve their targets in month ends.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
