There is nothing to like. Just work hard and complete your target but don't expect any incentives and promotion.

Dislikes

There is no career growth. No one will try to understand your issues, They only need business. They are only show off that they have good increament and promotion plan but when you understand it's just fake. Actually there is more politics culture than others company.

Very tough promotion criteria, it's need only business no incentive no promotion, without employee concent they changed rules and regulations like notice period etc.. They did not bother about sales people progression, very pathetic situation for its staff.
