Slow growth opportunities for subject matter experts and non-mbas from top b-schools, most growth, carrer opportunities, compensation growth offered to top bschool candidates only.. toxic work culture in certain pockets - unhealthy politics, favoritism. HR team doesnt have power to deal with leaders who induce such culture

Very bad experience with Aditya birla group. No job security and totally harassment of loyal employe. Too much political environment. No value of time and hardwork. 3rd class HR head with nonsence staff. Only politics and torture.

Dislikes

HR and senior staff are too much envolved in politics and continuesly doing harrasment of loyal employes and vendors and nobody wants to take actions against such basterds. This group will see hell just because of such employes.

They can't recognise our efforts and one team lead, I dont want to mention her name, she very unprofessional at work. She don't know the ground reality. No job security, they treat us like missions.

Teachers were sweet and accommodating. Helped me out whenever I felt I had too much workload.

Everything else about the way the school operates, its culture just everything is horribly managed. Faculty maybe nice but are severely underpaid and under qualified. Additionally, the school is very small and cannot host such a large number of students all at once.

I like all the services and facilities in our Aditya birla Hospital. Our new management team is best. HR teams also very good. Mainly our team leader is more helpfull,supportive and she handle all the staff very nicely I feel very proud to working in this hospital
