Too much of a generation gap. Tremendous inter department politics affecting Organisation’s growth as well as individual’s growth. Heavy usage of foul language in the workplace. Did not see any professional approach in resolving / implementing a project. Adamant leaders which bully employees.

A very good place to start working, but me being an L1 in application support, there was not much to learn. Job security is 10/10, management was good.

Dislikes

Not much growth ahead, I don't know about other team, but in application support not much growth, if you want to stay in comfort zone and just want salary then this is for you.
