In this group basically I can learn a lot in a seamless manner. Besides the technical forum it helps to improve our skills of management and self development. Also a tremendous opportunities to change in multiple functions can be possible here, which growth our future proportionately. Also Kaizen is one of the unique and key features to show our talent here.

1. In some cases I found some of our managers became very choosy for adopting newer Techniques because of their narrow minded thinking. 2. Also appreciation and increment procedure is to reviewed for minimising the gap..

It was very exciting at the first stage but become little bit of boring. Basically it depends on the condition you work as well​ as your manager's competency and skill.
