There is no support for any of the employee. people are getting affected of covid-19 they are being asked to work from home there is regular follow-up despite being at work from home and being affected with covid. example there was a colleague whose mother has an asthma problem still he was asked to resign when we ask for the option of work from home because of the health issues of his parents.

Dislikes

There is no work life balance for the business loan department.people are being asked to work 7 days a week and they want us to be a system shop at 9:30 in the morning and there is no and limit we have even Kaun calls at 9:30 night sometimes it's goes till 10:30 11.

Birla Group 1 is a very big and very good organization, but the management here is very casual. Joining time is different and later there are different things, there is no clarity at all.Whoever offers and deduction is very heavy.My advice is to join carefully .Becuse my experience was very dirty.The method of getting the work done is also very different ,more powerful & unexpectedly strictly.

There is no training here, management direct asking your target without any proper policy and without any guidance.It was a shock to me. I am the first company to show such an atmosphere in it.
