Nothing positive and good noticed about the company. They put ur life in danger. Sent u for collection visits where defaulters attack employees of the company and there is no support from Aditya Birla Finance. They pressurize you to hide ur Covid status and if u share ur covid status in order take of ur colleagues u will get a scolding. They will make u sit for the whole night in last days of the month irrespective of your bad health or any emergency. In the times of Covid they will make u Leave without pay if u are in Quarantine period and on leave. They even deduct Health Insurance premium from the salary of employee even if you don't want to avail their Health Insurance they will abruptly deduct it from your salary and will not respond to your mails then.
