while its not a compulsion for all, i do struggle with work life balance and with ABET wanting to grow as fast as its growing, its a race to catch up.

This is not at all the ideal place to work, no work life balance, no goals and objectives of the trust, no professional growth, very bad work environment to work. Zero job security and use and throw approach. Negative learning curve.

Dislikes

No employee greivance, no job security, no appraisal, too much policits, very very bad work culture and zero work ethics at senior level of management. No flexibility of time. Just work as labours.
