Adidas being a retail organisation has a lot to learn. The tech stack being used here is amazing for a person to upgrade his/her tech abilities. Apart from this there is not much good about the place here.

Dislikes

This place is such an amazing place for the below reason: 1. You might be told to work not beyond 6pm, but don’t take it seriously you will be micromanaged. 2. Incompetent people who have no knowledge sit on the top. Then want their members to keep working for the kind of commitments they make. 3. Micromanagement is not just a word it’s a skill. 4. Work life balance exists in the PDFs. 5. Promotions don’t exist here it exists only in Germany. 6. Senseless reorgs is highest rated attribute 7. Adidas is a big sport brand. Has been my dream to join this company. Company overall culture is good. Work-life balance is amazing and company policies are flexible

Dislikes

Higher Management of this organisation is not professional and thinks that company is of there father which they can run as they want. If in any circumstances you join this company then please do not join their DNA workspace as teams under this workspace has lot of office politics especially PDNA and DTC Sales. Engineering Director is too incompetent and reports to a peer Product Owner Director and has no capability to take appropriate actions for his team or support his team whereas PO director uses foul language in professional setup with peers and juniors. Doesn’t act as a leader whereas her reporting POs do micromanagements and ill treat engineering teams. Strange thing is all POs wants to be a scrum master then to do their job as a real product owners. People in Europe treats Indian teams as externals and has no respect against them. I came with lot of hopes with this organisation but left only because of the pathetic behaviour of upper management.
