Good work environment and culture. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike..

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

those who do not have any other good job in hand, and those who want to take some experience can join Adhunik. this statement is valid for the period till 2016. currently management has changed and we do not have perception of this new mgt. so our feelings can not be final. somebody has to recheck.
