In adhunik metaliks teammates are very helpful and mixing but job security , career growth, salary and appraisal is average and working enviroment is very poor and more politics involve.

Nothing to like abt this company under the management of Liberty Steel. Liberty doesn’t recognise AML as a group company. There are no benefits and all benefits promised are revoked on joining. Worst company to work for.

The top management has no clue how to run the company or experience to run a steel company. The MBF has been shut since years & DRI has been outsourced. The FeAlloy business is also in turmoil as the company has outsourced this too. Only 1 furnace in operation.
