This is the 1st company where I have worked and I would say that one of the worst organization where I have started my career.. I have worked for almost 2 years but no salary hike and bonus was declared by the company.. Also prompt management system was not there that's why the company was going downgraded..

Dislikes

Lot of politics is there and no prompt management is there to resolve this issues. No career growth is there also didn't say anything from the salary prospectous.
