Here Employee value is on first, although not much satisfied with the salary & perks but the overall experience is good. Managers understand your problem and try to give the best solution. As of now I completed only 10 months here but my overall journey is good. Before this organization, I worked for 3 more organizations but apart of salary every thing is good, the environment is not toxic. Some managers in their Jaipur team thinks that they bought people by giving them very low salaries. Apart from this I've never been in Gurgaon headquarters. So Not commenting on them!

Not a good company to work with. 8-9 hours of shift for office mandatory plus seperate off hour's for deployment. No one appreciate on your efforts.
