Security gaurd and Chai wala they is very helpful to discuss your pain point

Dislikes

The upper management constantly seeks gossip. The work culture was poor, with no hierarchy being followed. Employees faced excessive workloads and unrealistic targets set by management. The worst part was the manager’s lack of knowledge about the project. Overall, it was a toxic atmosphere.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
