Work environment, colleagues and office is good and well equipped.

HR management is poor the higher authority are bias and very unprofessional in approach. If you join adglobal than you have to forget the policies and work according the management team they can do anything whatever they want with you. Indirect blackmailing, job insecurity are there. And you are not allowed to communicate directly with the head office about your grievances.

Not a good company to work with. 8-9 hours of shift for office mandatory plus seperate off hour's for deployment. No one appreciate on your efforts.

1. Company culture was really poor. Everyone is flattery with the seniors and the worst thing is seniors are the most one. 2. Work- life balance : In Adglobal 360 work life is just a word to say. The seniors are given unnecessarily called the employee over the weekend and overburden them. 3. No work alignment policy to be maintain. 4. Most of the employee are left the job in past year.

Low appraisals, less opportunities to grow for outstation workers. Low chances/Opportunities of growth (learning and moving up in heirarchy )for outstation or remote employees despite seniority or work experience or excellence.

False commitments. No appraisal even after 2 yrs. People are asked to leave in one day if company does not need them.
